Welcome to IntoReality. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the App

IntoReality is a personal habit tracking application inspired by Stoic philosophy. It helps users build daily habits across four areas: body, environment, mind, and comfort zone.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IntoReality is for personal growth tracking only. It is not intended for medical, therapeutic, or clinical purposes. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The psychological and philosophical references in the app (Stoicism, Jungian psychology) are for motivational context only and do not constitute professional guidance.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified mental health professional. Do not use this app as a substitute for professional care.

3. User Accounts

• The free version of IntoReality does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device.
• Cloud Sync subscribers must authenticate via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Core habit tracking is free forever with no limitations, no ads, and no account required.
• Cloud Sync is available as a paid subscription: $4.99/month or $49/year.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to Cloud Sync until the end of your paid period.
• After expiry, the app continues to work locally. Your cloud data is retained for 90 days, then deleted.
• Core tracking features are never affected by subscription status.

6. Your Data

• You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your habits, journal entries, or other content.
• You may delete all local data at any time via the in-app option.
• Cloud Sync subscribers may request full server-side data deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The IntoReality app, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

IntoReality is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of important data. While we encrypt journal entries and use secure storage, no system is 100% infallible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
