Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server unless you subscribe to Cloud Sync. Journal entries are encrypted with AES-256 — only you can read them.

What if I lose my phone?

In the free version, data lives only on your device. If you lose your phone, your data is lost. Cloud Sync subscribers have their data backed up to our servers and can restore it on a new device.

Why only 4 habits?

IntoReality is not a task tracker. It's a tool to bring you back from planning to actual life. Four focused actions — body, environment, mind, and comfort zone — are enough to move you forward every day.

What if I need more features?

You don't. This app is not a planner or a project manager. It's a tool to fill your days with real actions that move you forward. Simple things, done consistently, change your life.

What does 75% mean?

Complete 3 out of 4 daily actions and your day counts as successful. No perfection required. Consistency beats intensity — every time.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings and tap "Delete All Data". This permanently removes all local data. Cloud Sync subscribers can also request server-side deletion by contacting us.

Is this a medical app?

No. IntoReality is for personal growth tracking only. It is not intended for medical, therapeutic, or clinical purposes. If you need mental health support, please consult a qualified professional.
